Yes. We prefer that you make an appointment in order to ensure that we have availability to assist you the moment you walk through our doors. Appointments are free however there is a $50 fee should you no show, cancel, or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time.

It can take anywhere from 6 to 8 months for a dress to arrive once you've placed your order.  We recommend purchasing your dress 9-12 months before your wedding to ensure that you have sufficient time for alterations. 

Yes, we encourage you to bring up to four guests with you to your appointment. However, due to limited space, we ask that you do not bring more than four guests.

You may bring whatever you'd like to make yourself comfortable. Please wear undergarments that you may wear on your wedding day. We recommend nude colored underwear, a strapless bra, stick on bra, or no bra.  You may bring heels, but they are not necessary.

Our dresses range in price between $1200 to $3500. We will make sure to remain mindful of your budget and work within your parameters to find you the dress of your dreams.

Our dress sample sizes currently range from a size 8-20 and vary by designer. We are working on expanding our size offerings so that we can accommodate a fuller spectrum of sizes in the coming months. 

Special order dresses and accessories require payment in full or a 75% deposit and remaining 25% paid at the time of pick up. Sample or off the rack dresses and accessories require payment in full. All sales are final, no cancellations, exchanges, credits or refunds. 

We do not offer in house alterations at this time but can refer you to a few expert seamstresses who specialize in bridal alterations.

We currently carry bridal dresses by Allure Bridals, Casablanca, Demetrios, and our Signature Rose Collection.

All sales are final and cannot be canceled.  Unfortunately, dresses are special ordered and we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges under any circumstance.
